PDUK, UK-specific PD issues
This list grew out of a meeting held during the 1997 AGM of the Parkinson's Disease Society held on 21st & 22nd June in Leeds. We felt that it would be easier to encourage Internet usage in the UK if there was a UK-specific mailing list available. Not a replacement for the main PARKINSN list (where the majority of PD issues will continue to be discussed), but an area which is UK-oriented and would therefore be easier to start off in as a new user. We would anticipate that the majority of the people on this UK-specific list would also be on the main PARKINSN list.Naturally, participation by people living outside the UK is welcome!
